The ability to order any products listed here is granted only to our existing customers. If you are an existing customer and would like to order something, please create a new account and then let us know so we can add you to the list of users that can place orders. We have already created an account for some of you. If you know your log in details, you should already be setup.
How your Payment will be Processed

We are currently using PayPal as our credit processor. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER. You will be offered the opportunity to create a PayPal account or to login if you already have one. Creating an account with PayPal is optional. PayPal provides us with an affordable method of accepting credit card payments from our website. Your transaction will use a secure connection so your information will be safe. Once you have selected what you want to buy and you are ready to check out, you will be forwarded to PayPal's secure site to enter your payment details.
There are two options we are able to set for the sequence of the purchase/checkout process. We selected the easiest method for both our clients with and without a PayPal account. If you have any issues please let us know so we can evaluate changing the options.
Availabiltiy
Most items are not in stock. Most items should be received within 3 or 4 days. Desktop and laptop computers that we build can take up to one week for delivery as they are built to order. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery during our confirmation call/email. In the near future, we will stock the more popular items for quick delivery.
Shipping - How will you receive your item
If the item doesn't require installation such as a keyboard or mouse, or if it's an item you are able to install yourself, we will either deliver or ship your item at our expense. The decision will be based on which way you will receive the item quicker.
This is a new service for us. There are bound to be some small issues to work through. Since we are using PayPal for the credit card processing, there should be no issues with receiving and processing your payment. The only issues may be related to your order. When paying, please make sure to complete the ordering process instead of just closing the window. You may be asked if you want to create an account at the end of the payment screen. If you are, please answer it before closing the window. So once again, your money is safe. PayPal has a proven service.
